The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zürich is located in the heart of Zurich's old town, in the central business district, in close proximity to the city's main leisure attractions and just a few minutes' walk from Lake Zurich. The hotel features 80 guest rooms and suites as well as three gastronomic concepts, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a lobby lounge. Furthermore, with its newly renovated event spaces, including a historic ballroom, the property provides the ideal setting for meetings and events.

As a technician, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintenance and repair work in the guest rooms as well as the public areas
• Point of contact for guests and employees in all technical matters
• Carrying out inspections of technical systems
• Troubleshooting of any kind
• Independent identification of defects and their rectification in consultation with the Technical Manager
• Cleaning and work in the outdoor area of our hotel

As a technician, we expect from you:

• A completed vocational training in a manual trade, e.g., as an electrician, painter/varnisher, carpenter, or plumber with 1- 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the hotel industry
• Confident manner, strong service orientation, and an independent way of working
• Reliability, resilience, and flexibility - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts
