As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcement for our Corporate Development team at Paradeplatz in Zurich.

What awaits you with us ##

• You will become a CRM specialist and help shape further development.
• You automate and optimize processes using code AI and ML approaches.
• You analyze business cases and specify processes, applications, and interfaces.
• You establish standards for development and implementation and monitor compliance.
• You train and advise internal developers and configurators as a technical contact person.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed or part-time education at a (technical) college or university.
• Initial experience with CRM systems is an advantage, ideally with the BSI Customer Suite.
• Enjoyment in understanding complex business processes and simplifying them in a practical way.
• Programming knowledge (e.g., TypeScript, Python, SQL, APIs, automation).
• Interest in AI, Machine Learning, RPA, and data-driven solutions.
• Independence, quick comprehension, structured working, and a sense of responsibility.
• Confident appearance with business, IT, and internal partners.
