ERP Project Manager - Financial Processes

• IT - Project Management • Zürich • Contracting • Full-time • Immediately - 6 months with option for permanent employment • ERP, Project Management Your tasks: • Project management of ERP changes and responsible for process management and support of controlling • Requirements gathering with departments (mainly finance) • Support, modification and/or implementation of existing global ERP systems at locations • Mapping of process workflows in the system as well as setting up test scenarios • Design, optimization and further development of processes • Coordination of ongoing ERP changes between departments and software manufacturer • Support in rolling out new software versions, modules and features • Creation of additional reports and analyses • Initiation and subsequent ensuring of measures • Creation of ad-hoc analyses and reports for management Your profile: • Experience as IT project manager with knowledge of financial processes • Knowledge of ERP systems and/or processes (Oracle, Business Central, SAP) • Good understanding of IT system landscapes and their processes • Excellent Excel skills • Good coordinating and organizational skills • Experience as business analyst (PMI/IPMA certificate or similar) • Extensive experience in project and process management • Willingness to travel (approx. 15%) • High sense of responsibility and structured and independent working • High degree of reliability, loyalty and commitment • Fluent in German and English
