Polytechnician for precise assembly and commissioning

Activity + Setup and adaptation of project-specific test facilities for Turbokompressoren + Precise setting and alignment of components in the machine train (motor, gearbox, compressor) + Construction of stable foundations made of steel girders and tensioning cubes + Integration of auxiliary systems (lubricating oil, sealing systems) with hoses and pipelines + Assembly & disassembly of test specimens for tests, inspections and fault analyses + Support during hot commissioning and customer acceptance (approx. 1 week/month, evenings) + Flexible deployment in other areas such as pipe assembly, instrumentation or machine construction • Requirements + Completed training as a polytechnician EFZ (specialization in assembly) (mandatory) + Experience in large machine or plant construction is an advantage + Manual skill and enjoyment of mechanical processing + Experience or interest in handling large loads & bridge cranes (radio-controlled) + Team player with initiative and sense of responsibility • Offer + Flexible working hours for a balanced work-life balance + Diverse dining options in the immediate vicinity
