Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### What are your main tasks? • As a specialist, you are part of the Shared Governance Team • You are responsible for short training sessions in the nursing team, introduce new employees and support the team in the correct implementation and documentation of the nursing process • In cooperation with the nursing specialists of the area, you participate in cross-departmental projects • Your tasks also include the comprehensive care of female and male patients within the framework of the nursing process in the primary nursing system after neurosurgical procedures • Co-responsibility for achieving the department goals What distinguishes you? • Completed or soon to be completed Bachelor's degree as Dipl.
