Research Associate for Hospital Inspections, 80 - 100% # The Amt für Gesundheit ensures high-quality and economically sustainable healthcare in the Canton of Zürich. It ensures seamless medical treatment and care and promotes the health of the Zürich population. The Abteilung Versorgungsplanung plans and manages healthcare in the canton. To this end, it purchases services according to demand, monitors their provision, and promotes treatment quality. For the hospital inspections carried out as part of requirements controlling, we are looking for a research associate, 80-100%, immediately or by arrangement. Tasks ### Since 2025, compliance with the structural and process requirements established as part of hospital planning for the service mandates of the Zürcher Listenspitäler is monitored via hospital inspections. You will carry out these inspections in the areas of acute medicine, psychiatry, and rehabilitation in close exchange with colleagues from your department as well as from other departments of the Amt. In doing so, you are responsible for the organizational preparation and follow-up, as well as the actual implementation of the inspections on-site. To this end, you maintain regular exchange with various subject matter experts as well as the persons responsible at the hospitals. Based on the findings gained from the inspections, you support the department in the further development of the requirements and criteria of hospital planning as well as the individual hospital planning service groups. In addition, you participate in projects for coordinated hospital planning and represent the Amt in working groups. In this way, you actively help shape the future Zürich hospital landscape. Requirements ### You have a university Master's degree as well as several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system. You also already have experience with audits or inspections. You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, value cooperation in interdisciplinary teams, and acquire new competencies quickly. You have a quick grasp and approach tasks in a structured, purposeful, independent, and result-oriented manner. You can communicate complex issues in a concise manner appropriate to the addressee. Knowledge of hospital planning service groups as well as French language skills are an advantage.
