For an established, internationally active consulting and project management company in the field of Real Estate, infrastructure, and industry, we are looking for a personality for client representation and the project management of representative structural engineering projects, starting immediately or by arrangement.

You represent the interests of the client and independently manage complex new construction and renovation projects -- from controlling schedules, costs, and qualities to the coordination of internal and external project participants to the further development of the project managers in the respective project. The mandates include demanding structural engineering projects in various uses. Required are a confident appearance towards clients, planners, contractors, and authorities, an analytical eye for technical and economic relationships, as well as enjoyment in improving processes and driving innovations in the project.

Your tasks

• Independent project management as well as active steering and controlling of schedules, costs, and building qualities of representative construction projects
• Technical leadership and further development of the project managers in the project
• Accompanying and steering the internal and external project participants
• Taking on diverse tasks in project management and controlling of complex new construction and renovation projects
• Participation in the further development of the client representation services

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, real estate economics, or a comparable qualification
• 2 - 3 years of professional experience in the project management of construction projects, ideally in client representation
• Competence in developing innovative solutions for technical and economic tasks as well as a convincing appearance
• Strong communication personality with interest in the optimization of processes
• Business fluent German, good English skills and/or further languages are an advantage
• Workload 100 %, start at the earliest possible date, permanent employment
