Sustainable construction.   What to expect • As a central personality in the SIA service phases 41-53, you assume overall responsibility for site management and the organization of our integrally planned structural engineering and interior finishing projects. • In your role as site manager, you lead an interdisciplinary project team independently, solution-oriented, and with high professional competence. • You control the cost- and result-responsible management of the object supervision department and ensure that quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency remain in harmony at all times. • In the integral planning process, you work - supported by BIM - closely with architecture, structural engineering, HKKLS, electrical engineering, as well as external planning partners.
