As a Sales Consultant, you will be employed at a workload of 80-100% at the location in Zürich. HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE ------------------------------ • As a host, you ensure that our customers feel welcome and well taken care of. • Thanks to your first-class service, your fascination with the Burberry brand, and your individual fashion and styling advice, you ensure unique shopping experiences. • With your positive charisma and your passion for Burberry Fashion \& Accessories, you contribute decisively to the company's success. • Through your professional and personal advice, you build close relationships with our customers and maintain them in the long term. • You support merchandise management and implement the stock standards as well as the visual merchandising guidelines of GLOBUS. • You continuously improve your fashion know-how by following the latest fashion trends, participating in training, and enthusiastically staying up to date with new Burberry collections and products. WHAT CHARACTERIZES YOU --------------------- • Ideally, you have successfully completed vocational training in retail and bring at least three years of sales experience in a luxury or high-fashion environment. • You are enthusiastic about the Burberry brand and present the current collections in a creative, confident, and poised manner. • You are dynamic, above-average service-oriented, and possess an open and lively personality with a high affinity and passion for fashion, art, and culture. • You love the role of a host and live an intrinsically motivated customer orientation. • You have excellent German skills and very good English skills; other languages are not a must, but are of great advantage when dealing with our international guests.
