Do you bring organizational skill and medical understanding? As an employee in patient disposition, you will use your organizational talent to ensure that our patients start their treatment optimally prepared. In doing so, you support the efficient planning of surgeries, interventions, and beds, work with various specialist departments, and make a significant contribution to smooth clinic operations.

YOUR TASKS

• Bed planning according to nursing priorities incl. morning bed coordination on weekends from the home office
• Administrative support of our patients -- from registration to admission
• Recording of elective treatments incl. entering surgeries into the system
• Communication with attending physicians, patients, and internal/external partners
• Independent work within the framework of an interdisciplinary team

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ, commercial basic training in the hospital sector, Medizinische Praxisassistentin EFZ, or equivalent training.
• Experience: Knowledge in the OR environment, in OR coordination, or in comparable disposition functions is desirable.
• Communication and IT skills: Proficient German skills in speaking and writing as well as audience-appropriate, clear communication. Advanced MS Office skills.
• Way of working: Structured, responsible way of working. Process-oriented, networked thinking.
• Teamwork: Team player spirit, service orientation, and resilience even in hectic situations.
