We are looking for motivated hosts for our exclusive premium services at Zurich Airport who will meet the highest service requirements of our guests. Your tasks: • Premium care: Reception and warm care of the premium guests of SWISS International Airlines. • Lounge management: Checking access entitlements for the Business Class as well as the Senator Lounges. • Exclusive transport: Execution of shuttle services and limousine driving assignments for SWISS First Class and HON guests. • Check-in expertise: Checking in passengers for onward flights as well as regular check-in activities at the counters of the Lufthansa Group. • Information & support: Providing comprehensive information regarding flight-specific matters and support during flight irregularities. Qualifications Your profile: • Language genius: You communicate fluently in German and English. An understanding of Swiss German is a mandatory requirement. • Base: You have completed initial training (vocational training or Matura). • Driving license: You must possess a category B driving license (for limousine drives). • Flexibility: You are mobile and ready for shift work between 04:00 and 23:30. • Personality: You have an impeccable, well-groomed appearance, an open, communicative manner and remain resilient even under time pressure. • IT affinity: You are proficient in using computers and learn new systems quickly.
