Elaboration and development of supervisory measures in the field of suitability and implementation by means of targeted inspections. Advice and support to the various supervisory areas of FINMA for the prudential implementation of suitability obligations. Identification of weaknesses at the level of institutions as well as the market as a whole and participation in their correction. Observation of current and future developments in the field of suitability at national and international levels and participation in the implementation of supervisory practice. Participation in possible mutual evaluations between countries and regulatory projects. Project and design work in the field of suitability. Required profile Completed university degree (in law or in economics), ideally supplemented by additional training, as well as at least three years of professional experience, for example in audit, in a law firm or in the legal and compliance department of a bank. In-depth knowledge in the field of suitability. Excellent professional qualifications, associated with the ability to understand and present complex subjects clearly. Experience of interdisciplinary collaboration, good communication skills, perseverance and ability to work autonomously. Languages: French (mother tongue/C2), English (C1) and German (B2).
