As of January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Subject Matter Expert Organisation, 80 - 100%. Your tasks You create the organizational foundations for a digital administration that provides its services efficiently and in a service-oriented manner. Specifically, this means: - You support the administration in building and effectively anchoring cross-cutting cooperation structures in cross-sectional subject areas of digital transformation. - You advise and/or accompany projects of the cantonal administration on organization-related issues and contribute to further developing the (cooperation) structures, processes, and competencies for a modern administration. - An important focus of your work is the organizational impacts of AI, which you address proactively by supporting organizational units and AI projects. - You pick up impulses from the internal and external environment and derive adjustments in the organizational context from them. Your profile - You bring at least 5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar area and have developed a broad understanding of organizations. - You have a Master's degree (in Management, Organisation & Kultur or Organizational Development). - You view organizations systemically, recognize connections, and derive concrete starting points for changes from them. - You have a basic understanding of data and AI, which you have acquired through professional experience or targeted further training. - You enjoy working conceptually without losing sight of implementation and have already proven yourself as a team player in various projects. - Holistic thinking, strong communication skills, initiative, and a high degree of self-organization round off your profile.
