Job description

You lead your group team with empathy and develop your leadership skills. You build a trusting relationship with the parents and are their contact person. To complement our «Fugu» Kinderkrippen-Team Zürich Freilager, we are looking for a group leader 80% immediately or by arrangement Tasks

Independent leadership of the group according to our socio-pedagogical principles
Care and promotion of the children in everyday life
Independent and careful settling-in and integration of the children into the group, in cooperation with the parents and the nursery management
Professional contact with the parents as well as writing and conducting regular parent meetings
Planning and implementation of internal group parent events 2x per year
Independent guidance of interns according to our internal training concept
Accompanying apprentices in practice in close cooperation with the training managers
Planning and carrying out excursions and events

Requirements

Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ, specialization in childcare
Reliable, independent and organized way of working
Motivation and resilience
Joy and interest in working with children and in a team
Positive and customer-oriented appearance
Workplace «Fugu» Kinderkrippen are a private company which has set itself the goal of expanding family-complementary childcare at attractive locations. Our largest «Fugu» Kinderkrippe is located in the middle of the car-free and family-friendly district of Freilager in Zürich Albisrieden. On 850m2, children from 3 months up to kindergarten age are cared for. The green spaces and playgrounds between the buildings invite to discover and play outdoors. Due to the central location, the nursery can be easily reached by public transport. Our cook ensures delicious and healthy menus daily for the children and the entire staff. The nursery is designed for 7 groups. The opening hours are from 7.30 to 18.30. Become part of our team!
