The job holder works in the kitchen. He/She is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the working materials. Main Accountabilities Performs the porcelain, dishware, cutlery, glass and cookware cleaning by machine as well as manually if required Performs the dishwashing area cleaning incl. cabinets, shelves, machine Performs the kitchen cleaning and the side rooms incl. extractor hood Performs assigned tasks in the cold, warm kitchen as well as during banquets and buffets if required Handles equipment and tools professionally Reports in a timely and proactive manner when new cleaning agent must be ordered 1 time per month complete cleaning of the ventilation In summer months preparation, cleaning, closing of the terrace in consultation with cafeteria service staff. Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Experience in kitchen work • Independent working according to instructions • Good German & good English skills • Resilience and willingness to perform • Flexibility and sense of duty • Reliable, precise and clean way of working • Good team player Working hours: 100% workload = 8.30 – 17.30 (incl. 45 min break) Mo-Fri
