We are repeatedly looking in the Zurich area and in Aargau: Commercial Real Estate Manager 80-100% (all) ### Your tasks ### • Supporting real estate managers in administrative and technical matters • Organization and implementation of apartment viewings, acceptances, and handovers • Management of condominium ownership including conducting meetings with minute-taking • Dunning process, case management for arrears, tenant and neighborhood conflicts • Assistance with real estate accounting, coding, processing, and recharging of accounts payable invoices • Creation of rental agreements, obtaining references, contact with tenants, tradespeople, and caretakers • Master data entry and processing • Flexible with the willingness to also take on other exciting tasks In short: You are hands-on, flexible, communicative, and roll up your sleeves where necessary.   Your profile ### • Mandatory: Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in the real estate sector • Desirable: Corresponding further training and federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) as a Real Estate Manager is an advantage • Confident German, fluent English skills and any further foreign language is an advantage • Knowledge of MS Office, ideally GARAIO REM, ImmoTop2, Abacus, or Rimo • Service-oriented, quick comprehension, high commitment to performance • Driver's license Cat.
