As Head of Finance, you will take on a central role in the financial management and further development of the Klinik im Park and, as a member of the management team, actively shape its strategic and operational direction. With your business expertise, you will ensure transparency, sound decision-making bases, and sustainable financial development. Together with internal and external stakeholders, you will actively shape processes and make an important contribution to the success of our clinic.

YOUR TASKS

• Implementation and assurance of financial and operational group guidelines within the clinic
• Planning, management, and continuous further development of finance and controlling processes including budget, forecast, medium-term and investment planning as well as cash flow and balance sheet management
• Responsibility for the timely and high-quality preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as meaningful financial and business reports
• Analysis of economic development, performance of profitability calculations, and derivation of concrete measures to optimize revenue, costs, and results
• Development and assessment of business plans for the expansion and build-up of doctors, specialties, centers, and the entire clinic, as well as participation in strategic and overarching projects
• Ensuring the quality, completeness, and timely provision of relevant cantonal and national data and reports

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed higher education in the field of accounting or business administration (at least Fachausweis or FH)
• Several years of diverse experience in finance and accounting, ideally with knowledge in fixed asset accounting
• Experience in the operational accounting of a hospital as well as sound knowledge of cost accounting according to REKOLE
• Very good SAP and MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as a strong affinity for information and communication systems
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working with high initiative, a strong sense of duty, as well as very good communication and teamwork skills
