Your task ##

• Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality strategy that leads to continuous improvement of products and processes
• Monitoring and controlling the adherence to quality standards throughout the entire production process to ensure the highest quality standards
• Conducting training sessions and coaching to raise awareness of quality standards and continuously develop the team
• Establishing effective quality control procedures to identify and correct errors and deviations at an early stage
• Active collaboration with suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements
• Carrying out internal audits to check compliance with quality standards

Your profile ##

• Technical basic education with further education at the level of HF/FH/ETH
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in a manufacturing company
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and tools (e.g. ISO 9001)
• Experience in implementing quality standards and processes
• Pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Team player with a high degree of initiative and assertiveness
