Tasks ## • You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels. • You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures, predominantly in complex, unstable situations. • You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises. • You take on daily responsibility on the ward.
