(Senior) Product Owner (m/w/d)

As an experienced Product Owner, you take responsibility for ensuring that the product generates maximum value for all stakeholders. With strategic thinking, clear prioritization, and strong communication skills, you ensure that your team works in a targeted and effective manner. You develop and communicate a clear vision for the product and translate it into a feasible roadmap. As an interface between the business and development team, you understand the needs of the stakeholders and ensure that they are prioritized and clearly described in the product backlog. You lead the team with a focus on value creation and help to convert complex requirements into clear tasks. Through regular exchange with the team and stakeholders, you ensure that product development remains focused on strategic goals. You moderate and design workshops and meetings to effectively integrate requirements, feedback, and new ideas. Responsibility for the product backlog: maintenance, prioritization, and continuous adaptation to new requirements. Development and communication of a convincing product vision and roadmap. Ensuring that the team's work creates the greatest possible value for the organization and stakeholders. Active collaboration with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into implementable stories. Supporting your team in achieving goals and promoting a self-organized and productive work style. Min. 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in an agile environment. A structured and solution-oriented approach with a clear focus on value creation. Successfully completed PSPO I certification (Scrum.org), PSPO II an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make complex issues understandable. Empathy and the ability to understand and balance different stakeholder perspectives. Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written. Experience in an administrative environment or in comparable public institutions.
