Tasks ## • You plan, organize, and implement resource-oriented activation offers in groups or in individual settings on the nursing wards. • You work professionally and mindfully with the nursing staff and coordinate the activation offers with the individual needs and the current situation of the residents. • Together with our residents, you shape their everyday life and support them in the activities of daily living. • You ensure professional and constructive cooperation with all other internal and external bodies involved in activation and everyday life design. • You participate in the organization and implementation of in-house events and festivals.
