ICT System Engineer (m/w) Windows Server / Microsoft 365 (m/w) 80-100%

Your tasks • The focus of your tasks lies in the operation, further development, and design of our Windows-based IT server infrastructure and the Microsoft 365 environment. • You operate, optimize, and continuously develop our On-Prem services and Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, Entra ID, Intune). • Collaboration and independent implementation of projects in the areas of Windows Server infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and selected Azure services are part of your tasks. • You create concepts and architecture blueprints and actively contribute to the further development of our Microsoft 365 governance and target architecture. • You work closely with IT security in the areas of compliance, policies, and further development of the security strategy. • The development of automations and optimizations within the IT infrastructure as well as the coordination and ensuring of stable operation are also part of your tasks. • You are involved in error correction and 2nd- and 3rd-level support (including readiness for standby duty and scheduled maintenance work outside regular working hours). • You take on the role of a professional trainer for our apprentices in the field of computer science (EFZ) and are responsible for their technical supervision as well as the planning, implementation, and documentation of the training (including training reports and qualification procedures). Your profile • Computer scientist EFZ with further training (HF/FH) in the field of computer science or business informatics • Several years of experience in operating and engineering Windows Server environments and in the Microsoft 365 environment • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, Entra ID, Intune) and Azure • Broad IT knowledge is an advantage, e.g., network, Identity & Access Management • Experience in creating concepts and system design as well as the ability to translate requirements into pragmatic solutions • Basic understanding of IT security in the Microsoft environment (e.g., Endpoint Management, Conditional Access, Vulnerability Management) • Certifications in the area of Microsoft 365 are an advantage • Completed training as a professional trainer or the willingness to complete it • Independent, structured way of working as well as the ability to think beyond one's own area of responsibility • Communicative and team-oriented • Fluent German and good English skills
