To strengthen our Legal & Compliance Team in Zurich or Basel, we are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented personality with a high willingness to perform as Legal Counsel with focus on KTG/UVG benefits (80-100%) This position offers you the opportunity to take on an interesting and varied activity with a steadily growing, internationally active insurer. Your tasks Support of the benefits department in the UVG/KTG area Independent preparation of appeals Management and support of disputed benefit cases in cooperation with external lawyers Ensuring continuous know-how transfer with the benefit specialists Legal advice to various functions in the Swiss market Support of product management in the development of new and the maintenance of existing products Advising the sales team on legal issues related to product distribution Your profile Completed degree in law, ideally with a lawyer's patent Professional experience in insurance law or in the field of daily sickness benefit and/or accident insurance (e.g. with a personal insurer, legal protection insurer, in administration or at court) Enjoyment of independent processing of complex legal cases Very good German and English language skills French or further foreign language skills are an advantage Your future elipsLife offers an inspiring and team-oriented working environment where you can fully develop your skills.
