For our Villa Böcklin, we are looking for a committed and professionally competent Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH who, in addition to daily nursing work, is ready to take on vocational training and participate in education.

We are looking for from February 2026 or by arrangement a

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF as Vocational Trainer 60-100%

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Carrying out treatment nursing activities
• Planning and accompanying doctor visits
• Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach
• Taking over tasks as a reference person
• Steering the nursing process
• Leading case discussions
• Taking over daily responsibility
• Taking over tasks as a topic carrier, professional authority to instruct
• You create learning situations for the trainees, instruct them in the departments, document the learning process, give feedback and assess them orally and in writing.
• You independently plan and coordinate the learning support and also work with the trainees in shift service or on the weekend.
• You communicate openly and transparently in our education team and the nursing teams and take an important function in the leadership triangle.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Experience as RAI-Coordination is an advantage
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Joy in working with trainees and students
• A recognized further education in the pedagogical field (at least SVEB 1)
