We are looking for a committed group leader or educator for a mixed-age group at our ALBISRIEDERSTRASSE site.

What are your tasks?

• Pedagogical promotion and support of the entrusted children
• Organization of a day tailored to the age and interests of the children
• Observation and documentation of development using portfolios
• Supervision of trainees within the group
• Establishment of an educational partnership with families
• Organization and implementation of excursions and activities for parents
• Active participation in team meetings
• Creation of a appreciative and family-like work atmosphere

What are your qualifications?

• Completed training as a FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
• Professional trainer training an asset
• Specialized knowledge in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
• Team spirit
• Personal initiative, creativity, and flexibility
• Autonomous, structured, and responsible working method
