Business Analyst Output Management # (m/w/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Zürich Start date: immediately Reference number: 887796/1 Tasks ### • You analyze the needs and expectations of stakeholders to ensure that all relevant requirements for output-related projects are identified • You create precise and understandable requirement documentations that serve as a basis for development and design • You manage the requirements and prioritize them together with the Product Owner throughout the entire project cycle to ensure that the most important requirements are implemented • You adapt documents and correspondences in our rendering engine SmartComm and ensure that the outputs meet the functional requirements • You communicate clearly and openly with the development teams as well as other stakeholders. It is important to you to identify foreseeable risks early and address them transparently and promptly in order to develop effective solutions together • You review and validate the implemented solutions to ensure that they meet the defined requirements and fulfill the expectations of the stakeholders Profile ### • Professional experience in the field of Output Management with high intrinsic motivation • Experience with the rendering engine SmartComm (formerly Thunderhead) is an advantage • Experience in the development of clear and precise requirements • Understanding and analysis of complex problems as well as development of creative solutions for complex challenges • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software development and confident handling of MS Office, Jira, Confluence and Miro • Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban • The ability to use tools with artificial intelligence (e.g. ChatGPT, Co-Pilot etc.) • Business fluent German and English skills Benefits ### • Collaboration in a modern and agile environment at a leading insurance company • Exciting projects in the area of customer communication and document management • High degree of creative freedom as well as close cooperation with functional and IT departments • Long-term project perspectives possible with extension option
