Relief Worker Kinderhaus / Tagesstruktur Plus (m/f/d) As of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement The Inselhof is a competence center for children, mothers, and stressed families with complementary (part-)residential and outpatient services for different needs. The Kinderhaus includes four residential groups for eight children each, aged 0-9 years, who were placed due to a measure by the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB). In the part-residential "Tagesstruktur Plus" offer, children aged 0-9 from stressed families are cared for during the day from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of 1-2 overnight stays per week. The internal playgroup, the pre-kindergarten, psychotherapy, and the painting studio complete the offering. Our relief worker pool consists of competent and flexible specialists who are requested and deployed in both predictable and unpredictable shortages. Employment is on an hourly wage basis, whereby a workload of 10-20% is guaranteed in the first months, which applies to the induction and getting to know the company.
