APN Nursing Expert (f/m/d) in Hemato-Oncology 60-100%

On our stem cell and immune cell therapy ward, we care for patients with hemato-oncological diseases in different phases of their treatment. As an APN nursing expert, you will take on the professional leadership and responsibility for the care of these patients and their families, working closely with the Shared Governance team. The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • The care and counseling of female and male patients with complex hemato-oncological clinical pictures and demanding therapies (allogeneic and autologous stem cell transplantation, CAR-T cell therapy, bispecific antibodies, chemotherapies) as well as their relatives • The active support of the nursing team in everyday life. This includes co-care and coaching in demanding care situations • The professional leadership of the specialists on the ward • Ensuring and developing the quality of care on the ward in cooperation with the Shared Governance team • Active participation in the development, implementation and evaluation of guidelines and concepts, in compliance with JACIE quality and accreditation standards • Active collaboration in practice development and research projects of the management area • The planning and implementation of case discussions and further training in the nursing teams • Support of the treatment team in ethical decision-making Your profile • Several years of professional experience in hemato-oncological nursing • Completed studies for a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) • Experience in the care and support of female and male patients with stem cell transplantation, CAR-T cell therapy is an advantage • High level of personal responsibility and a person-centered attitude • You bring very good communicative skills and enjoy passing on your specialist knowledge to others Our benefits We look forward to your application Marie-Louise Fader Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
