Directorate of Surgery Your tasks • You lead the teams and administrative employees of the secretariats of the Surgical Clinic professionally and disciplinarily. • You are responsible for recruitment, deployment and resource planning, as well as the development of the administrative employees. • Together with the medical department heads, you continuously develop the administration of surgery and align processes and structures with future requirements. • You ensure professional, efficient and high-quality administrative operations and are responsible for the continuous optimization of administrative processes. • Maintaining cooperation with clinic management, corporate development, HR, the finance department, the medical specialist departments as well as other internal and external stakeholders is among your tasks. • You lead or support cross-departmental projects and represent the administration in working groups and committees. • You are responsible for the continuing education administration of pediatric surgery. • Together with the deputy clinic director, you are responsible for the recruitment, hiring, deployment planning as well as the onboarding and exit management of assistant and sub-assistant doctors. • Finally, you are responsible for managing the website as well as the intranet of the Directorate of Surgery. Your profile • Commercial basic training or medical or paramedical basic training with commercial further training • Several years of leadership experience with corresponding further training in the field of leadership, management or organizational development • Experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in an acute hospital or a university institution • Strong organizational and coordination skills as well as enjoyment in actively shaping changes • High social competence, communication strength and an appreciative leadership style • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high sense of quality Your salary ## Your gross salary at a 100% workload is expected to be between 95'000 and 110'000 Franken per year. The exact salary level depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range.
