Tasks ## • You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adapting the nursing process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competency levels. • You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures, primarily in complex unstable situations. • You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises. • You take on daily responsibility on the ward. • You contribute to the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and cooperation.
