WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US Creative, target-group-oriented visualization and interpretation of KPIs for revenue, costs, EBIT, CapEx and FTEs Participation in budget, forecast and medium-term planning as well as an active role in the company-wide planning processes Conducting success and driver analyses to uncover growth and efficiency potentials and converting them into measures with the stakeholders Construction, maintenance and further development of dashboards for individual business units Monthly closing: Ensuring that the numbers at the revenue level are correct and deriving improvements for the following month from them Presentation of financial data and regular exchange with various stakeholders Sparring partner for management and specialist departments for various finance-specific inquiries WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU Completed or ongoing studies (FH/Uni) in BWL, Finance, Controlling or a comparable education Initial practical experience (1-3 years) in controlling, finance or data analytics Pronounced understanding of numbers and very strong analytical skills Very good Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a big plus Ability to communicate financial data understandably and in a target-group-oriented manner Curiosity about AI and the desire to make internal processes smarter with it Very good German and English skills in spoken and written jpidfe88d39jm jit0729jm jiy26jm
