Analysis, preparation, negotiation, and clarification of project-related contracts Establishment and management of change management in compliance with internal company specifications and on the basis of the respective project specifications Administration of project contracts Monitoring of contract interfaces Preparation of contract letters to customers, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors Organization of regular contract meetings Identification of discrepancies in the contract area Managing claims together with the legal department Participation and support in the acceptance process Preparation and support of the warranty/guarantee process Archiving of contract-relevant documents This is what defines you. Education in engineering with experience in the field of contract management or in industrial engineering, as well as lawyers with experience in construction contract law Good knowledge in the field of works contract law, SIA, OR, and in supplementary claim management 5 years of experience in the environment of construction, plant engineering, building technology, or similar In-depth experience in project management is an advantage German (business fluent), good English skills, Austrian is an advantage This is what we offer you.
