As part of the Department of Education of the Canton of Zürich, the Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung (AJB) is responsible for the services in the areas of child and youth welfare as well as vocational counseling.   The Informationsagentur (INA) of the AJB designs and implements all communication and information media of the office. Furthermore, INA advises and supports specialists with communication and information requests.    To strengthen the INA team, we are looking for a specialist Information and Documentation EFZ for the Information and Documentation specialist team starting from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility ### • Maintenance of the datasets of the national education and training database on berufsberatung.ch for the Canton of Zürich  • Management of the content of the cantonal portals with Wordpress   • Management of the content of the internal knowledge management   • Central media management for the biz (purchase, recording and cataloging in NetBiblio, equipment, weeding and media dispatch)   • Maintenance and updating of existing information media  • Support of individual subject areas   Your profile ### • Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Information und Dokumentation EFZ or equivalent training  • Experience in dealing with a library system  • Experience in the education sector or great interest in education topics  • Confident German in spoken and written form  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint  • Structured, exact, efficient and independent way of working  • Diligence and perseverance even with repetitive tasks  We offer you ### • A collegial team with experienced and humorous employees  • Meaningful work for the Canton of Zürich   • Office premises in a central location near the HB  • Flexible working arrangements with home office possibility and presence on site  Have we aroused your interest?
