• 15 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich Crypto Finance Group, part of the Deutsche Börse group, provides professional digital asset solutions to institutional clients. The group includes Crypto Finance AG, regulated by FINMA in Switzerland, offering trading, custody, and portfolio services, as well as Crypto Finance (Deutschland) GmbH, regulated by BaFin in Germany, offering trading and custody services. In January 2025, Crypto Finance obtained a MiCAR license for the European market, being one of the first providers in the EU. Crypto Finance AG is a SIX-approved crypto custodian for ETP issuers. For more information, please visit our website at About us - Crypto Finance We are looking for a Product Manager - Custody & Settlement Platform to take charge of the product development of Crypto Finance's institutional digital asset custody and settlement platform, the reference system that clients trust to hold, settle, and account for their assets accurately, every day. You will determine what to build, why, and in what order, by translating operational pain points and institutional client requirements into delivered products, and measuring success through platform reliability, operational efficiency, and client growth. You will work closely with engineering, operations, trading, finance, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to maintain the platform as correct, scalable, and easy to develop. This role sits at the intersection of product, digital asset custody, and regulated financial infrastructure. Responsibilities • Define and prioritize the backlog for the custody & settlement platform, balancing reliability, operational efficiency, business needs, and clients. • Discovery & requirements: Collaborate with operations, trading, finance, and institutional clients to identify real problems and transform them into clear requirements for engineering. • Operational efficiency: Prioritize the automation of manual back-office processes to improve turnaround times, reduce risks, and decrease operating costs. • Platform scalability & reuse: Steer the platform towards modular and reusable services so that new products and client configurations can be delivered faster and more consistently. • Client-oriented product work: Shape how institutional clients integrate and onboard, and integrate client feedback and competitive gaps into the roadmap. • Delivery partnership: Collaborate with engineering throughout the full lifecycle: scoping, trade-offs, release preparation, and validation. • Stakeholder alignment: Maintain alignment between engineering, trading, operations, commercial, finance, and delivery partners on what is being built and why. • Regulation-aware decisions: Make product decisions compliant with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements applicable to regulated traders and securities custodians (e.g., DORA, FINMA, BaFin, MiCAR). • Measure & iterate: Define and track key metrics: reliability, operational efficiency, integration time, client adoption, and use them to drive the roadmap. • More than 5 years in product management, ideally in charge of a platform, ledger, settlement, custody, payments, or core banking product in financial services or fintech. Proven experience in driving products from discovery to delivery, with measurable results. Good understanding of ledger and reconciliation concepts: positions, balances, and how transactions feed into financial and reporting systems. Comfortable with API-based platforms and integrations (e.g., FIX, REST, WebSocket) - enough to discuss them, not necessarily to build them. Ability to work fluently with technical and business or operational stakeholders, and to act as a translator between them. Proficiency with backlog and product management tools (Jira preferred). Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to financial markets (e.g., DORA). Assets • Experience in digital asset / cryptocurrency infrastructure. Understanding of custody, wallet infrastructure, key management, or post-trade systems. Exposure to on-chain settlement mechanisms. Experience in institutional client integration, compliance, or integration testing. Experience in modularizing a large platform or reference system into reusable services. Familiarity with trading or order management systems. Experience with Confluence-based documentation and knowledge management. • Be part of an international, dynamic blockchain and fintech team led by experienced professionals • Shape the future of finance by working at the cutting edge of B2B digital asset solutions • Contribute to a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture with flat hierarchies • Take on significant responsibilities with opportunities for learning and professional development • Gain deep industry knowledge and have a tangible impact • Participate in regular company-wide meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and team events • Enjoy a modern and central workplace in Zurich with first-class infrastructure Our cu
