Job Description ##

• Technical consulting and support for builders, architects, planners, and executing companies
• Active support and expansion of the existing customer base in your sales area
• Identification of new project and business opportunities in the construction environment
• Support in the development of technical solutions in cooperation with the internal sales team and product development
• Carrying out object acquisitions as well as accompanying projects from planning to implementation
• Representation of our company at customers, construction sites, and specialist events

The Successful Applicant ##

• Technical basic training in construction (e.g., construction draughtsman, bricklayer, carpenter, metal construction, or comparable) with further training in sales or technical area
• Experience in technical field service or in a comparable advisory function in the construction industry
• Pronounced technical understanding as well as pleasure in direct customer contact
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working method
• Communication strength, negotiating skill, and confident appearance
• Good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
