As Product Owner BSI, you are responsible for the further development of the central core application within the system landscape. You actively drive the solution forward, develop it strategically, and optimize it independently through targeted configuration. In doing so, you ensure that the system is optimally aligned with the needs of the users. Living versatility Your area of responsibility <br /> • Responsibility for the further development of BSI lies within your scope of duties -- including independent configuration and maintenance of the system to ensure stable operation • You build the Product Backlog, maintain and prioritize it continuously, and translate business requirements into clear features and user stories • You gather requirements together with Business, IT, and Compliance, coordinate them, and actively support testing • Coordination with internal as well as external developers and the management of implementation in the Scrum team (e.g., Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retros) are part of your everyday life • You bring together different stakeholder needs, prioritize them specifically, and take over the overarching coordination of all BSI developments in the project • Compliance with project governance processes (including testing and release management), ensuring quality, stability, and compliance, as well as monitoring time, costs, and scope are your responsibility -- in doing so, you also actively maintain the partnership with BSI <br /> Living potentials Your strengths <br /> • You have a university degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration and bring several years of experience as a Product Owner at a Swiss bank or an asset manager • Additionally, you have already gained experience in the implementation of BSI projects and ideally possess a BSI Masterclass certification • You are also well-versed in the areas of Requirements Engineering, Backlog Management, Testing, as well as IT architectures and system landscapes, and have also already been able to gain insights into project management. • Your way of working is characterized by analytical and solution-oriented thinking, combined with strong decision-making and prioritization skills • With your strong communication and moderation skills, you move confidently in stakeholder management and convince through your strong teamwork abilities • Flexibility, resilience, and a high office component (at least 4 days per week) are a matter of course for you; you have native-level proficiency in German, strong English skills, and ideally also knowledge of Italian or French <br /> Your contact Petra Bärtsch Talent Acquisition Partner About Swiss Life Wealth Managers Swiss Life Wealth Managers offers discerning private individuals reliable navigation through all financial questions -- whether it concerns private pension, financial planning, or asset management.
