The cardiac catheterization laboratory of the Clinic for Cardiology is a highly specialized area in which complex and often time-critical interventions are performed daily. In order for clinical operations to function smoothly, a strong administrative hub is required. As a Department Secretary, you will take on a central coordination function and work closely with the medical staff, nursing professionals, and other professional groups. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Are you our new team member in the cardiac catheterization laboratory? • You support the department management in the clinical and administrative daily business of the invasive and acute cardiology area as well as in overall clinical tasks • Together with the senior medical staff, you coordinate patient management and ensure a smooth process in the cardiac catheterization laboratory • The duty planning of the senior medical staff as well as the capacity planning of the cardiac catheterization laboratories are your responsibility • As part of a well-coordinated four-person administration team, you take over the deputy role for the department secretariats for Rhythmology and Structural Heart Disease and contribute to successful cooperation within the clinic • With your commercial basic training EFZ (E-profile), ideally supplemented by further training in the commercial or medical field, you bring the best prerequisites • Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented way of working characterize you; even in a dynamic environment, you maintain an overview • Very good MS Office skills, digital affinity, as well as stylish German and good English skills round off your profile Look forward to a varied and responsible task in a committed team as well as attractive employment conditions and development opportunities.
