Tasks ## • Within the framework of your assigned reference persons, you are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process, as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels. • You perform nursing and medical-technical activities, predominantly in complex, unstable situations. • You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises. • You take over daily responsibility on the ward. • You participate in the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and cooperation.
