Human Resources Manager (Operations & Payroll) (100 %, m/f/d)

You lead an HR team of three people and together you ensure impeccable HR administration for approximately 230 employees.

We are looking for a committed person who maintains an overview in daily operations, guarantees high quality, and anticipates needs. Even in case of a high workload and last-minute requests, you work calmly, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

• Ensure correct and timely processing of salaries as well as social security declarations and statements

• Advise and support managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle
• Recruitment of non-legal employees
• Active participation in the digitalization of HR as well as the continuous development of processes and systems
• Management of employees in day and evening teams
• Replacement in vocational training (commerce and HMS)
• Continuous training at the level of the HR professional certificate or higher education (FH/NDS HRM)
• German native language as well as excellent knowledge of English orally and in writing; knowledge of French is an asset
• Several years of professional experience in all operational HR processes of the employee life cycle
• In-depth knowledge in payroll, social security, and labor law as well as a strong affinity for IT (Abacus, Infoniqa and Office 365)
• Experience in training commercial apprentices; a trainer qualification is an advantage
• Team spirit with a strong sense of service, determination, and a pronounced practical mentality
• Flexibility, sense of quality, discretion, and precise way of working
