Healthcare Professional EFZ evening shift, 40-100 %

As reinforcement for our Spitex-Team Süd, we are looking for a responsible personality as a Healthcare Professional EFZ for evening and weekend shifts as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ## • Professional and needs-based care and support of our customers during the late shift • Support and assumption of activities of daily living • Execution of nursing and domestic services according to the care plan • Careful and traceable nursing documentation and counseling of relatives and contact persons • Active participation in ensuring and further developing the quality of care and taking on assignments on weekends and public holidays according to the deployment planning Profile ## • Completed training as Healthcare Professional EFZ, DNI, FASRK or comparable qualification • High social and professional competence as well as joy in dealing with people • Good oral and written German skills • Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working • PC application skills and a flair for using smartphones We offer ## You will meet a motivated and appreciative nursing team with a fixed customer base.
