Die Stationäre Wohnintegration, an offering of the Sozialdepartement der Stadt Zürich, is a supervised living offer for socially and health-impaired persons who do not want to live abstinently and are not able to fit into a regular home. For our residential operation Stationäre Wohnintegration, we are looking for a motivated personality as of 01.12.2026 or by arrangement. Dipl. Pflegefachperson / Psychosoziale\*r Betreuer\*in im Nachtdienst ## 70-80 % Tasks • You accompany and support our around 80 Klient\*innen with addiction and mental illnesses in the evening and morning hours and also ensure professional and reliable support in nocturnal emergency situations. • You guarantee professional support for the Klient\*innen, promote their stabilization and act prudently and appropriately to the situation in crisis situations. • You work independently and responsibly in an interdisciplinary team and make your contribution to a continuous care offering 365 days a year. Profile • Readiness for shift work, night shifts from 17.15 to 24.00 and from 06.30 to 08.15 including on-call sleeping in the house. • A degree as Pflegefachperson HF/FH, preferably in psychiatric nursing • Experience with people with addictions or mental impairments • High social and self-competence in dealing with difficult life situations • Independent and self-responsible way of working as well as a strong awareness of quality and service We offer You support people with addictions and mental impairments and take responsibility in a demanding and varied working environment.
