As Team Leader Claims (standard segment), you will not only lead a dedicated team but also be the motor for quality, innovation, and professionalism in the claims process. Your mission: You provide technical and personnel leadership to a dynamic team in the area of accident insurance claims management You ensure the quality of the claims correspondence of your team (e.g., informal rejections, decrees) You develop your team further – with heart, structure, and modern leadership approaches You ensure smooth processes, convincing decisions, and smart processes You bring in fresh ideas, actively help shape digital changes, and optimize workflows You are the contact person for questions from your team and conduct case discussions What you bring with you: Several years of profound experience in the UVG claims area Leadership experience Empathy, decision-making strength, and a solution-oriented mindset You think in processes, not in problems – and communicate openly and at eye level You act in a solution-oriented manner, think in networks, and skillfully use your affinity for costs and numbers in combination with your empathy and communication strength You are capable of handling conflict and criticism, are assertive, and careful in the implementation of your tasks You bring impeccable German skills in speaking and writing.
