YOUR PROFILE ##

• Troubleshooting IT disruptions on-site and at the associated external locations
• Installation, operation, and support of clinic-specific applications and systems
• Patching and configuring network connections, as well as support of the network environment
• Rollout and lifecycle of IT hardware and goods receipt/warehouse management
• Regular performance of supra-regional (ZH, SG, LU, AG) on-call services (driver's license required)

YOUR TASKS ##

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or comparable IT training with professional experience
• Very good knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems as well as hardware and in-depth network knowledge (LAN/WAN/WLAN/VLAN)
• For written communication via ticket and e-mail, we require Swiss German orally, as well as stylish, written German
• Due to the on-call service and the distributed location of the external sites, as well as the workshop location itself, a category B driver's license is mandatory
