You advise and support business and private customers competently and accompany builders, architects, general contractors, and craftsmen throughout the entire sales process – from the first consultation to successful delivery. Additionally, you visit customers directly on-site, process inquiries, create offers, and coordinate orders. Through regular exchange with the sales team at the headquarters as well as the other locations, you contribute significantly to the shared success of the company. Your main tasks include the competent advice of builders, architects, and installers in the showrooms, active market development with a focus on architects in the Zurich, Aargau, and Zug areas, as well as conducting customer visits. You create offers and orders in a timely manner, undertake general administrative tasks with Word, Excel, and AS400, and bear the responsibility for achieving the agreed sales targets.
