We are looking for a new colleague who would like to take on the following tasks: • Interaction with external partners/customers as well as customs authorities • Participation in various projects and continuous improvement of work processes • Assistance in daily business, which includes the following activities: correct and expeditious execution of precious metal domestic shipments, imports & exports OZL processing (inbound and outbound) Request for quotations and transport calculations Refining & production area (reconciliations) Monitoring, analyzing and, if necessary, correcting VAT statistics Creating and sending monthly and quarterly VAT reports Invoice control (accounts receivable/accounts payable) Job Reference \# 336631BR City Zürich Job Type Full Time Your team As a Trade & Processing Specialist, you will become part of our experienced Precious Metals Physical Vault Team in Zürich. We are a small team that covers the orders for physical precious metals for UBS Switzerland AG and UBS AG as well as the vault processes. Furthermore, we are also contact persons for various internal stakeholders such as trading, sales, client advisors, etc. Diversity helps us to grow together. Your expertise • Trained specialist in the import and export area • Efficient and precise in the processing of orders (resilient, flexible and willing to perform) • Product knowledge regarding precious metals • Cheerful and maintains good manners with colleagues, supervisors as well as internal and external customers and can use their teamwork skills profitably • High sense of security and responsibility, independent and proactive • Fast learner and a sense for excellent service in the service sector • Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
