Junior Real Estate Manager, 80-100 %

As part of our junior talent promotion and to strengthen our rental team, we are looking for a junior talent in the field of real estate management with strong social competence. Tasks ## • Together with another junior manager, you are responsible for an area with various settlements. In this role, you will gradually take over the independent management of your own portfolio. • You support the rental of apartments, parking spaces, and commercially used rental properties (office, commercial, warehouse). In doing so, you will learn to apply legal requirements as well as our statutes and regulations reliably. • Together with your junior colleague, you will assist with relocations and vacancies, thereby gaining valuable practical experience in the planning and implementation of such projects. • You look after our tenants by telephone and in writing, conduct advisory and rental interviews - sometimes also at external locations - and maintain professional customer contact. • You create, process, and maintain rental agreements, undertake general rental administration tasks, and support the team with mutual substitutions during absences. Profile ## • Career starter in real estate management and accompanying training as a real estate manager with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) • Initial professional experience in the real estate industry as well as knowledge of tenancy law • Ability to work in a team, social understanding, and enjoyment of interacting with elderly people • Communicative, flexible, and resilient personality with diplomatic skill and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations • Ideally experience with ABACUS, especially AbaImmo, as well as very good user knowledge in MS Office We offer ## A versatile and challenging task in an exciting and forward-looking environment with plenty of scope for design and development opportunities.
