Tasks ## • You bear the overall nursing responsibility during the night and are supported by an AGS or Pflegehilfe SRK. • You take on nursing and medical-technical tasks, especially in demanding nursing situations. • You provide support to residents and their relatives during phases of illness and in challenging moments. • You are significantly involved in shaping departmental goals to ensure and promote quality and interdisciplinary cooperation even during the night. • You maintain comprehensive nursing documentation in easyDoc and work securely with the RAI classification system.
