We see things a little differently.  For our rapidly growing Global Mobility team, we are looking for an advisor who accompanies and advises our clients in the fields of social insurance law, migration law and declarations as well as tax law. Global Mobility Advisor (m/f/d) 60 % - 100 % # Here is what you can \#DOATBE • You advise our national and international clients on questions related to social insurance law, migration law and tax law in the field of global mobility.  • You take charge of clarifications relating to social insurance coverage, perform simulation calculations and manage ANOBAG mandates, including double-entry bookkeeping.  • You accompany processes related to declarations and authorizations, calculate usual salaries in the sector and submit the corresponding requests to the competent authorities.  • You assist natural persons with arrival and departure questions, prepare tax returns with international links and advise in the field of withholding tax.  • You participate in the preparation of tax rulings in connection with permanent establishments in Switzerland and work in an interdisciplinary manner with internal specialists.  • You maintain direct contact with clients, network partners as well as authorities and, depending on your professional experience, take autonomous direction of mandates. Your profile \#INSPIREDBYBE, because you • possess a completed basic commercial training (CFC) or a university degree and ideally continuing education in international social insurance law or taxation.  • can justify at least three years of professional experience in the field of global mobility; additional experience in accounting or payroll administration is an advantage.  • work independently, reliably and with great initiative as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility and duty.  • have a high awareness of quality, work efficiently and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.  • express yourself clearly, understandably and appropriately to your interlocutor both in writing and orally, communicate with ease in German and possess good knowledge of English; knowledge of French is an asset.  • are an open personality, service-oriented, enjoy direct contact with clients, like working in a team and are very proficient in MS Office.
