Special Education Teacher with Class Teacher Function, 50-60 %

Do you feel like having a meaningful activity and are interested in the promotion and support of learners with special challenges? For a special education class with presumably 7-9 adolescents, we are looking for a teacher, 50-60%, starting October 1, 2026, or by arrangement. The position is temporary until 31.07.2027 with a possible option for extension. Tasks ## • As a class teacher, you teach, promote, accompany, and support adolescents with a cognitive and/or physical impairment. • You are willing to support with pedagogical care. • You look forward to working in an interdisciplinary team. • You are interested in participating in a pedagogical team and in school development. Profile ## • A responsible personality • Training as a teacher and as a Special Education Teacher, or willingness to complete this training alongside professional work • Experience and high commitment in working with adolescents with special pedagogical needs • Prior knowledge and/or willingness to deal with vocational and life preparation, as well as with adolescents in the transition from school to work / training, as well as support with care • Maintain calmness and humor even in hectic moments, should we get to know each other! We are the competence center for vocational preparation, integration, parent and adult education and run the Sonderschule Viventa15plus.
