For a leanly organized architectural office in Zürich-Wollishofen, we are looking for a dedicated personality with sound Swiss professional experience and high personal responsibility.

The office plans and realizes new buildings, conversions, and renovations in the residential and commercial sectors -- from the preliminary study to the execution planning. Quality, economic efficiency, and design clarity are at the center. Short paths, direct communication with the management, and independent project responsibility characterize everyday life.

Your tasks

• Independent management and coordination of architectural projects
• Technical leadership and support of the Zeichner EFZ Architektur
• Project processing from the preliminary study through the construction project to the execution planning
• Coordination with clients, specialist planners, and authorities
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs in the planning process

Your profile

• Swiss university degree as Architekt/in FH or Swiss vocational training as Zeichner/in Fachrichtung Architektur with several years of project management experience
• Sound Swiss professional experience
• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD 27
• Experience in independent project processing according to SIA phases
• Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
• Workload 100 %
• Start date by arrangement
